Leasing & contracts
An individual housing contract means your financial responsibility is only for your own space — unlike many apartments and rental houses, where everyone signs one joint contract together.
If a roommate leaves, you will not be asked to cover their portion.
The housing contract is binding and cannot simply be broken. If your plans change, you will need to find a replacement resident through our re-letting process — talk to the office early and we will walk you through it.
Apollo Tempe’s insurance does not cover your personal belongings. We strongly recommend taking out renter’s insurance, which is generally inexpensive.
Rent & payments
Your monthly installment covers:
- Utilities — water, sewer and trash pickup
- Electricity, set up and billed individually per person
- Premium cable and wireless internet
- Washer and dryer
- Access to all of the amenities
Always on the 1st of the month. You can choose to pay upfront, by semester, or in twelve equal installments.
By personal check, money order or cashier’s check, by credit card online, by automatic bank deduction, or by free online check payment through the resident portal.
Your apartment
Apollo Tempe offers many spacious floor plan options so you can easily find one to suit your needs. We have one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments near ASU. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, and each apartment comes fully furnished.
The apartment arrives furnished, with beds, desks and kitchen appliances already in place. Bring bedding, toiletries, dishes, cookware and whatever makes it feel like yours.
Submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, call us, or come to the front desk. Our maintenance staff responds quickly and professionally, and emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day.
Roommates
No. Fill in a roommate matching form and our team will know what you are looking for in the right roommate.
Expect it in the late summer, before your lease begins.
Community & pets
We do — social gatherings, ASU athletic watch parties and study groups, plus fitness and nutrition classes.

Mail, parking & campus
Mail goes to the on-site mailboxes. For anything oversized you will find a key in your mailbox with instructions to collect it from the on-site office or the nearby parcel locker.
Yes — plenty of on-site parking for cars, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles.
We are walking distance from Arizona State University, with direct access to the Metro Light Rail and Tempe’s Streetcar.
